Processing Time

As a made to order brand, our processing times are highly dependent on the demand. Production begins after order has been confirmed and paid for in full by the customer. This takes about 3-5 business days to complete. (Please note that delivery time is not included in order processing time)

For custom orders and bridals, production begins after order has been confirmed, measurements and styles agreed on and paid for in full by the customer. Processing time is 6 weeks. You can contact us for express orders at an extra charge. (Please note that delivery time is not included in order processing time)

Please note that this can differ depending on order demand at the time and delivery destination.

 

Shipping

For orders within the US, Standard Shipping time is 5-7 business days at a flat rate of $6. Free standard shipping on orders above $25. Priority shipping is 2-5 business days. Store pick up is available at no charge.

For orders within Canada, Standard Shipping time is 5-7 business days at a flat rate of $20. Free standard shipping on orders above $250.

We also ship internationally and is dependent on country of location. Find shipping estimate at checkout.

 

Custom Orders

For custom order requests, please contact us. This means you can contact us if you require a different fabric type, color or print than what is readily available on the website, or if you would like an item in a different version from what is available on the website or you want to place an order for a style of your choice.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all products are made to order to your own size or custom measurements, We are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind. Please visit our size guide page to ensure you choose your correct size or leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout. I accept free alterations for all domestic orders if the fit is not as desired, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you for alterations.
